Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect both the coach’s time and other athletes waiting for sessions, the following policy applies to all bookings: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a 10% late cancellation fee. Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full session fee. Sessions end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session and the full session fee still applies. For packages or prepaid sessions, late cancellations will incur a 10% fee and no-shows will result in one session being deducted from your package. Weather Policy Player safety is always the top priority. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to lightning, heavy rain, unsafe field conditions, or extreme heat. Weather decisions are typically made 1–2 hours before the session. If a session is cancelled due to weather, it will be rescheduled at no cost. If weather conditions change during a session, the coach may end the session early for safety and the remaining time will be credited or rescheduled. Refund Policy All sessions and training packages are purchased to reserve dedicated coaching time. Single sessions: Non-refundable once booked. Training packages: Non-refundable after purchase. Sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy. In rare emergency situations, credits may be issued at the coach’s discretion. By booking or purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
